    Thank you for your forum post.


    In order to assist you, please let me know the following:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? (Example; ES 09-14, AAPL, EURUSD etc...)
    • (For a chart) what interval is selected? (Example: 1 minute, 4 range, 89 tick, 1 day etc...)
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      historical data between from Sunday open to about Sunday 10:00 pm (24.Aug EDT) didn't load.

      all Currency Futures 6E 6A 6B ......
      all Stock Index ES YM NQ......
      all Energy Futures CL......
      all Interest Rate futures ZB ZN ......

      both tick and minute data are missing
      [*]Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

        Thank you for the follow up and for the additional information.


        I can reproduce this missing data on my end and I have reported this situation

          After investigating the situation further, it looks like this data is expected to be missing as the CME Group suspended trading around this time:
