NT won't delete Fibonacci Templates

Hello,

I've searched the forum for a solution to this and I've tried the following.

1. Disconnected
2. Tools > Options > Data > Repair DB
3. Restart NT
4. I then open a chart to draw a Fibo Extension and select its properties.
5. I then select Manage Templates
6. I select and delete the Fibo templates I don't need.

But they will not go away or delete.

Please help.

I also used windows search of c:\..\Documents\NinjaTrader7 with the string name of one of the templates I want to delete.

Windows search tells me that its in file UI.xml in directory c:\..\Documents\NinjaTrader7.

Should I a manually edit the xml ?

Please let me know.

Fibonacci Templates are stored in the Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\ChartObject folder.

To remove the templates please try closing NinjaTrader and renaming the Fibonacci files in this folder.

Hello Christopher, I looked in the ChartObject folder and there are no files referring to Fibo... anything.

So I went ahead and edited UI.xml and selectively deleted all xml sub-entries in the <Fibonacci> </Fibonacci> parent entry. The restarted NT.

Those Fibo templates are good and deleted now..
