    Executions MarkersOnly out of place

    Good morning

    I have this problem since starting with NT, but maybe today you can help with that.
    You can see in my screenshot that the executions marker on the chart are way out of place. This STP order was made with IB TWS, but orders made with NT (market orders) are showing the same problem.

    How can I fix this?

    Thanks for your post.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Example: 7.0.1000.25)

    * You can check under Help -> About

    What build of Traders Workstation are you using?

    * To verify what version of Traders Workstation you currently have log into Traders Workstation
    * Under Help go to About Traders Workstation...
    * Scroll down and look for Build

    Do the trades properly plot on a minute chart?

      Here are all answer on a 1 minute chart.

      2 orders (1. + 3.) were made and on both the markers are out of place.

      2. trade was made without NT - IB TWS connection!

        Hello Michael,

        Thanks for your reply.

        Please exit NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock.

        Please use the steps below to change your Time Zone and sync the PC clock, note to set the server to time.nist.gov.

        You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Press 'Change time zone...' Set the Time zone and press 'OK'.

        Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

        Additionally I would recommend upgrading NinjaTrader.

        To upgrade to NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.25 please follow the link bellow

        Under Current User paste your license key
        You can locate your license key under Help> License key
        Select Download NinjaTrader
        Download Version 7.0.1000.25 (Current)
        Before running the installer ensure NinjaTrader is closed

        Restart and test

          Do I need to change my Time Zone? Right now I have the CST Zone.
          Server was on Microsoft and I did change it to time.nist.gov .
          NT updated and restarted

            You would need to set the time zone to what time zone you want your NinjaTrader to display time in.
            Once you complete these steps orders going forward should properly plot.

              I did everyting what you said, but markers are still out of place (also from previous days).

              Will the problem change with new made trades or we need to see changes on the old ones too?

                markers not showing up

                Hi took trade on forex using NT7V25 via MBtrading acct
                and trade markers are not showing on chart.

                Have via data series properties set to show text and markers
                still no show the trade
                any help appreciated

                  Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

                  Do you have the same account the order was placed to selected in the Account drop down menu of Chart Trader?

                    Now to your initial Q's sorry bro but gotta point out the 1st one was answered in my post
