I'm using the current version of Ninjatrader. I tried various things like turning of my windows firewall, then rebooted my computer. I also tried resetting the modem and router. None of these things work. What's strange is that a couple of hours ago, I was able to download market data without a problem but then when trying to do so a couple of hours later it didn't work and I did nothing different this time.

Error on downloading replay data...
When trying to download the replay data, it gives me a message saying, "Error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later.

Cannot connect either
Yeah i cannot connect either i get the error message : error downloading replay data connection to the server is busy or not avaiable.

Just posted same problem since I did not see this current thread. In any case, I was able to load 2 days worth of data for CL 10-14 & 11-14. Then, an hour later, no can do. Kept getting error others here are getting. Still getting error as of 4PM ET.

Same error here too, for like 10 hours now…
And not only Market Replay: I did a reload of my normal ES chart on the regular Continuum connection (ctrl+shift+R) and it is stuck there, it says loading for 3 hours now…. and it only has to load last week's data.

Hello,
Thank you for your posts and reporting this behavior.
Are you guys still experiencing this? When I signed on, I connected to CQG and was able to load a chart. I then tried to download Market Replay data, and was able to download that as well. I see a lot of reports of this so I'd like to see who is or is not experiencing this currently.

Hi Zach,
I have tried now to download market replay and din't work but I exited the program and restarted it, like I've done a three or four times already, tried again and now it seems to be working.
I don't know if you did anything but now it is working, thanks!
