    Hello Brandon,

    thank you for your reply. It´s a demo connection. So, is there a difference between demo and live. I assume because you are asking about.

    I didn´t ask about charges for CQG and Rithmic, but if I can switch from continuum to rithmic. I didn´t mention in my question that I want to make the account with NinjaBrokerage.

      it may be because of high congestion on server or low internet speed on your device.. try working with different isp..

        Thanks for your reply.

        Yes, CQG uses different servers for demo and live.
        I would recommend restarting your modem/router.
        If this does not resolve I would recommend opening Command Prompt in Windows and running the following command.
        tracert demo.cqgtrader.com
        If you see any high pings or time outs you would need to contact your ISP with these results for them to look into the connection from your system to the CQG demo server.

        If you have a Direct Edition license you can not switch to Rithmic. If you have a Standard edition license it can be converted at no cost. For more information please email platformsales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com

          I'm having similar problems. What is the tracert script for the live CQG connection?

                There is a connection issue between your computer and the CQG server. There is no issue with the CQG server at this time. You will want to have your ISP looking into these tracert results to assist further.

                  What servers are involved when I get the message "Connection Lost". When I look at Windows Resource Monitor, I see a number of IP addresses that might be associated with Ninja Trader. I would like to know which ones I should be most interested in for both Continuum and CQG.

                    The connection to your live CQG account is to www.cqgtrader.com
                    This would be the server you lose connection to when you are disconnected from your live data feed

                      So is the address of that server 208.48.16.200? and is that the same for Continuum?
