    datafeed contnuum OK, Sept. 22nd?

    Hello,

    I´m connected to continuum demo and today it occurs that suddenly charts do not move anymore.

    I installed NT xxxx25, then it worked about 30 minutes. Now again, charts do not move.

    What instruments, and expires*have you selected?

    What interval is selected on the charts?

    Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      Hello,

      thank you for your reply.

      I have a lot of instruments and all with the current month from instruments settings eg YM12-14....

      I have 60min charts, 5 range charts, 3 range charts...

      There is no error message on the screen.

      And there are no error messages in the log tab.

      My internet connecton is OK because fxcm works fine on the other computer.

      Its a demo-datafeed from continuum.

      Wanted to make a live account this week with your brokerage, but it seems there are issues.

        Thank you for the reply.

        Please disconnect from Continuum, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

        To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

          Hello Christopher,

          thank you for your reply. Done so and now all is moving.

          Why does this occur please? I´ll get a heart-attack when live trading.

                Hello tonynt,

                The main reason is changes to the symbol mappings used by your data provider.

                Using an older version of NinjaTrader can also cause this.
