I tried to place a sim buy market order on TF 12-14... other contracts work fine... CQG demo...

but nothing happens when I click buy on TF and I keep getting this explosive window

1) what's going on?

2) how can I make trades on TF?

3) how to stop this window constantly popping up every few seconds?

now i've noticed it's gone orange - the connection in bottom left, not green anymore.. and i disconnected and can't reconnect.. so now it's just grey (empty), where it is usually green

quit the platform and restarted it, everything fine now.. but shakes my confidence in the platform if this kind of thing will happen

except trades on ZF still don't work

and this window again popping up , now that i tried to place a zf trade again.. looks like i'll have to quit platform again... the problem seems to be having clicked buy market charter trader for zf 12-14

Hello NinjaCustomer,

The error indicates you do not receive realtime data as per the instrument listed. Therefore no orders can be submitted - realtime data is required to submit orders successful.

Try the following. Please disconnect CQG and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader and check again.

If the error remains, do you receive realtime data if you select the ZF 12-14 in the Control Center-->Orders-tab?
