Account connection problem

    Account connection problem

    After downloading the release 6.5 and installing it, my connection to my zenfire broker is not on my list of connections. When I attempt to add it, Zenfire is not listed as a potential connection on the list in account connection - set up - add. This happened once before but I cant remember how to correct the problem. Any help out there???

    Please ensure that you have added ninjatrader to list of authorized application to access the internet in your firewall software.

            I think Zen-Fire is down

            I get the same thing - unable to login.
            This is of course after Zen-fire lost connection -
            Should be temporary - I hope

                It was working before, but I just tried to connect and I'm getting "Login failed: Unable to login (10001)."

                            Not getting the message - but no data

                            Hi Vincent, I am able to log in, Zen-Fire connected showing green on platform, but no price feed coming in on charts and DOM. Charts are as they were before the disconnect.

                              Have you checked your log tab? Is there an error message?
