Does PATS support ICE exchange futures at RCG broker?

We can't get Sugar (SB) futures at ICE_NYBOT real-time prices feeding into Ninja platform when connected to Patsystems at RCG broker. We did not have this problem at all when we were trading using Pats at R.J. O'brien broker. We called RCG broker and they said that Pats does support all products (SB, CT, CC, KC, etc) that trade on the ICE exchange - is this true? We have tried the following mapping for Pats in ninja:

SB|NYBOT_ICE

could Ninja please find out for us by contacting RCG broker or other sources, what the correct mapping is for sugar symbol SB when using Pats, so that then we can receive real-time sugar prices feeding into our ninja platform.

Hi Rod, as you know generally the ICE / Nybot on PATS would not be supported by us. We checked some time back with development for you into and it was not recommended to try using any custom mapping here. So could unfortunately not comment on what has now maybe changed that 'broke' your other working setup.

Does Ninjatrader support ICE/NYBOT on Continuum?

Can we trade NYBOT Sugar (symbol SB) on the Ninjatrader platform connected to the Continuum API, at RCG broker, or at NinjaBrokerage broker?

Also does Ninja support the NYBOT exchange markets (like Russell 2000 and Sugar#11 and Coffee and Cotton) when using the Rithmic API?

Can ninja be used at ALL brokers that offer a Continuum API? Or are there some brokers that offer a Continuum API but dont allow Ninja to connect to it?

Also, does the Continuum API product come packaged with historical data or does it come with just real-time data? Do we get a choice here?

Thank you for your response.

In general, NinjaTrader cannot connect to any broker that supports the supported connection technology. In most cases, the connections must be set up for use with NinjaTrader. Therefore the broker would need to be a supported broker.

The Continuum connection provides real-time data, the historical data is provided for free from NinjaTrader.
