Can't connect to feed

I notice you have an older version installed - 7.0.1000.16. Can you please download and install our latest version - 7.0.1000.25. You can download and install the latest NinjaTrader version from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down when installing the new version.
Please do not distribute this link to anyone else.
If you are still unable to connect, please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at (My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email.

Thanks so much Jason for responding.
The procedure you have asked me to do is trying to send email via outlook express. I do not have that program configured to send emails. Is there any other way for me to send you the email via yahoo or gmail etc.?

Hello kermut,
Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, Can't connect to feed' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.
In the meantime, please try a reset of your modem/router and check if this will make a difference.
