    FGBM issu

    Hi,
    I noticed today, that I am not getting data for FGBM (i am getting FGBL data, tho). I am using continuum - does anyone know what is the issue? How to fix it? Did they stop offering FGBM data?

    Thanks for your post.

    Do you have any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?

    If so, what do these say?

            You are not enabled for this instrument. Please contact your data feed provider.

              I have not problem with DLZ4. But with FGBM. And in log is not message with:
              FGBM is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.



              What about now?

                Hello,

                The Euro Bobl 5-Year instrument is the DL instrument with CQG / Continuum.
                Please search the following document for Euro Bobl 5-Year.
                http://www.cqg.com/docs/symbols.pdf

                Z4 refers to December 2014.

                    I am still confused - I WAS getting real time data for FGBM the day before yesterday. What happened since then? On what basis did it stop and why did it work just a few days ago?

                      I cannot answer this question for you.

                      This is controlled by your subscription with your broker / data provider.

                      I recommend you call your broker.

                      (If you are using NinjaTrader Brokerage, call your broker)

                        Since this happened on continuum, I had an email conversation with QCG and they told me I am supposed to communicate this with the platform, that offers continuum ...

                          The NinjaTrader platform does not have control over your subscription to broker or data provider as this will be a separate company.

                          I would like to see these emails. Please send me an email at platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com. In the email, please include a link to this forum thread.
