    Latest Volume Bar not being Drawn with Interactive Brokers Feed

    Hi: I just recently signed up for Ninjatrader with an IB account. This morning I am having a couple problems, and I have attached a sample. The bars on this 5 minute chart have somehow been shifted one time period to the left, and what is showing as the 6:30 (PST) bar is actually the 6:25 bar. If you look at the data box to the right you will see it is showing 4,188 volume, which is clearly erroneous for the opening pit bar on the ES. This same problem is happening in all time frames and on all my other charts. I just checked the 5 min chart of APPL and the 6:30 bar there is simply missing.

    The other problem I have is the current volume bar is not being drawn on my charts (see the picture). It only shows up after the time period is over.

    I checked my charts on TWS and they all look fine...no problems there.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!

    For the VOL indicator, right click in the chart > select Indicators > set CalculatOnBarClose for the VOL to False > OK.

    For the price data on the charts, please answer the following questions:
    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.25)
    What version of TWS are you using? You can check under TWS -> Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #

      Good Morning Patrick. Thank you for your quick reply. I am using NinjaTrader version 64bit 7.0.1000.25. I am using TWS build 946.2m, Aug 21, 2014.

        Hello aldrums,

        Thank you for your patience.

        Please shut down NinjaTrader > go to the following directory on your PC: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db > delete the 'cache' folder in the 'db' folder > restart NinjaTrader. Is the data still missing?

            Thank you for your response.

            With the current version of NinjaTrader, it is critical that you use TWS version 944.3. Please uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install 944.3 via the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_944_3.exe
