I have always used the 32bit version and now over the last few days I swapped to the 64bit version. I've had a couple of funny things go wrong as well as crashes. It may or may not be the new 64bit version but what I would like to ask is - anecdotally - is the 64bit version known to be a bit more unstalbe than the 32bit version?

Stability of 64bit verse 32bit (v7)
Hi there,
I have always used the 32bit version and now over the last few days I swapped to the 64bit version. I've had a couple of funny things go wrong as well as crashes. It may or may not be the new 64bit version but what I would like to ask is - anecdotally - is the 64bit version known to be a bit more unstalbe than the 32bit version? -
Hello michellepace,
No, 64 bit is not known for being more unstable. Both are the same NinjaTrader version. When NinjaTrader 7 is installed on a 64 bit operating system, it will install two icons. One will run NinjaTrader in 32 bit, the other runs NinjaTrader in 64 bit. You will have access to all the same settings and data.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
