    Connecting to data provider...

    Hi - I am having two issues with connecting NT to data feed.

    1)
    Continuum
    -I have active license I believe and yet, when I try to connect to the same account, that have been used many times before. Log says just "Connecting to NinjaTrader data server (HDS10.NinjaTrader.com/31654)" and the box that is usually green after connection, just stays grey.

    2)
    Rithmic
    -I registered for rithmic, got login information, and yet I am not able to connect - Error window pops up :
    "Login Failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection."

    Would you have any ideas how to fix it? (Kinetick data connects just fine)

    Thanks for your port.

    For this you would need to write into platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your configuration file so we can test your set up on our end. You can locate the configuration file under Documents> NinjaTrader 7. It will be named config.xml
