    No historical data thru rithmic for CME

    Hello,
    historical data is missing today for CME instruments (6E, ES) from about 9.37 am thru 10.07 am EST. I am using Rithmic.

    Hello and thanks for writing in,

    My apologies, a few users have reported experiencing a problem with the Historical Data Servers this morning. We have redirected to another one of our servers that is up and running.
    Please restart NinjaTrader. After restarting you should be able to connect to the historical data server with CQG/Continuum/Rithmic.

    If you are unable to connect still please let me know

            Have restarted as advised but data still missing. Any update on a fix please

              If you’re still unable to get historical data after restarting, please write in to platformsupport @ ninjatrader [dot] com, or from the Control Center, go to Help > Mail to Platform Support…

                  Hello, I am missing historical data for FGBL (Bund Future) and FESX - both Eurex products - from 2 am thru 10.25 am EST on Oct. 16 2014.
