Charting Updates

Over the weekend I loaded 6.5 on a machine that I have not used for some time (but had in the past). I can get data coming in I se it in the control panel and Dom but I am not getting any data on the charts? What am I forgetting???

I suggest disconnecting and reconnecting.

Also: Please make sure you are on latest 6.5.1000.1.

No charts

Tried that twice and opened new charts too. Getting data into dom but just no charts and am running the 1000.1 version. Still no charts

Please check, if there are any colored (yellow) messages in NinjaTrader ControlCenter -> Log tab.

- Is this for every instrument, any period type (minute, tick) ?
- Does this also happen when you open the chart with no chart template (<none>) ?

Please send me your 'Workspace files' and your 'Logs and Traces' using the Help -> 'Mail to Support 'function. Please make sure you add my adress in the 'to' field, and check the both items i said above checked.

Will try often have a problem using that feature.

but what is your address that you want me to use???

Note: I am able to trade using the dom and other charts
