Login Fails to CQG

Its Friday evening and I wanted to do some chart work. When I came into the office I found CQG is disconnected and when I try to reconnect, I get "Login failed".

Is anyone else getting this?

Having the same problem here. If we're all having this issue then I assume it's either maintenance or they're working on fixing it. It would be nice if we could be informed either way.

I've always assumed too that its maintenance... but you know what they say when you assume something...

So yes.. not only a message that it is maintenance, but how long will it be out...

Its back on now...finally managed to log onto the data feed.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for posting.

CQG, the underlying technology for Continuum, performed a server reset last night and would prevent connecting til the servers were back up.

We have received multiple reports that other users are able to get connected.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
