Hi,
can someone explain to me what is happening here? I have a demo version and get no real time data. Is it possible that the demos are limited in time - so that the test after 14 days, not a second can be tested again?

Thanks for your note.

I'd like to see you log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20141106.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20141106.txt"

When sending the files, please include "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the e-mail. This way, my colleagues and I know that I am the intended recipient of that e-mail.

okay. I think i understand / your Name is in the subject line / which we call „Betreff" (regard). And the Link of this thread ist at the start over the text in the folders. Thank you for your help! (EMail is out.)

I do not know exactly what it was, but after Drew called me and briefly took over the computer ... everything runs well. Thanks for the support!
