Russell 2000 Future from CQG demo?

    Russell 2000 Future from CQG demo?

    Hello,
    I am able to get data for S&P 500 future (symbol ES) but not for Russell 2000 future (symbol TF). Ninjatrader provides the old ER2 symbol only.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

        Hello,
        Please manually attach your trace and logs and email them to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com and put ATTN CODY in the body.
        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

        The log file will be named "log.20141111.txt"
        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

        The trace file will be named "trace.20141111.txt"

          I know where to find log and trace files, because I already copied important parts in my previous post

          Are there any policy, why aren't you able to answer forum question in forum now?

            My apologies I was wanting to review the complete log and trace files. I am more than happy to assist you with a forum post with the material you have provided me.
            Please reset your instruments.
            To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
            Please let me know if you are unable to receive the TF data after resetting your isntruments.

                  It says my mail server not setup....
                  I might be using an license key from a couple years ago can that be it?
                  I also dont see ICE only globex and tf I believe is an ICE product.

                    You're license key would not prevent the log and trace files to be sent. This is likely due to not having
                    As you are unable to send the log and trace files through the platform please send us an email with your log and trace files attached. You can send the email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.
                    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

                    The log file will be named "log.20160607.txt"
                    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

                    The trace file will be named "trace.20160607.txt"
