    Mountain Chart

I downloaded the Mountain Chart type that was posted in the file sharing forums. It's great but I have a problem, it draws on top of the other indicators.

For instance, I put Pivots on and they are completely covered by this mountain (area) chart.

How do I send the mountain to the background? or if that is not possible then how to bring the individual indicators to the foreground?

    Hello NinjaCustomer,

    Thanks for your post.

Click on the mountain chart, hold shift on your keyboard, and use your scroll wheel to adjust the z level to put the mountain charts behind other chart objects.

Below I have provided a link to the How to change the z-order (paint order) of a chart object
    section of our help guide.

well I tried it on a chart, it worked.. But then I used the dropdown to change the symbol to another symbol and then it was back to the mountain chart being on top and that method you described would no longer work. Then I switched back to the original symbol and also it was z-order locked, no shift-scrolling would do anything anymore.

      Is this normal behaviour?

        Hello NinjaCustomer,

        Thanks for your reply.

I have not been able to replicate this on my end.

Please open a new chart with no indicators/templates applied and set it up with just the Mountain chart and then add the pivots
Test if you see the same thing occur with this set up.

it seems to work with the NT standard pivots no problem.

My problem is using anaPivotsDailyV42 indicator.

If I have a mountain chart on a clean chart and nothing else, then the problem occurs as described in the previous post of mine - and removing the indicator and re-adding it doesn't help.

Since it's a 3rd party indicator, I guess you don't support it but I was just wondering if there is any other way to set the indicator... I can't even select any of it's lines when it is behind the chart.

            Hello NinjaCustomer,

            Thanks for your reply.

I would recommend checking the indicators properties and seeing if anything in there may need to be adjusted otherwise I would have to recommend contacting the vendor/developer of the indicator to look into this further.
