lost connection and now can't connect to Rithmic thi

    lost connection and now can't connect to Rithmic thi

    Hi all.

    Are there connections issues with rithmic now? At this time 11:40 AM est. I hang on connection attempts via ninja and their rithmic portal, rtrader. Was connected this morning now not able. Any info would be helpful.

      Hello,
      Thank you for your post.
      Rithmic has reported an outage on their end and are currently investigating further. Once Rithmic has this resolved we will let you know. IF you have an active orders or positions you will want to contact your brokers orders desk.

            Rithmic reported an outage this morning and has now resolved this outage.
            Please restart NinjaTrader and connect to Rithmic.
            If we can be of any other assistance please let us know.

              I tried rebooting my system after the rithmic fiasco and now my NT won't even load. I hear it load on my machine, but it seems to only be running in the background. Help?

                Thank you for your post.
                So that I may look into what occurred please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

                You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

                  I can't even get into the control center. The only way I see that NT is running is through the task manager, its running as a background process.

                    My apologies, please write into platformsuppor[at] ninjatrader [dot] com and attach your most recent log and trace files.
                    .You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

                    The log file will be named "log.20141119.txt"
                    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

                    The trace file will be named "trace.20141119.txt"
