    Login Failed: Unable to connect

    Hi guys,
    I'm about to ditch NT I'm so annoyed by this bloody connection issue.
    It keeps saying Login Failed: Unable to connect to the remote server.

    Why does NT make it so hard to connect? Seriously guys this should not happen ever.
    I tried to reboot, reinstall, readd the demo account. Still the same.
    It drives me mental.

    Please help!!!!!

    I am able to connect to NinjaTrader Continuum on my end. I assume you try to connect to NinjaTrader Continuum. If not, please tell me to what data feed/broker you try to connect in NinjaTrader.

    The NinjaTrader platform does not cause difficulty to establish a connection. Usually connection issues are related to firewall or other software running on the computer or the internet connection setup (modem/router) or ISP backbone issues. I understand you are frustrated, however connection issues can occur.

    Does it make a difference if you reboot your modem/router?

    Please terminate all other programs running on your computer and check if this will make a difference.

    If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Login Failed: Unable to connect' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

      I'm using Continuum but also tried AMP, with the same result. I have now uninstalled my firewall program and restarted, making sure no other programs are running. Still the same error message in NT.

      It used to work and for no reason now stopped working. It's very frustrating indeed.
