    Changing the numeric display format

    Hi Support,
    The charts are not changing their number display format to match the Windows Region & Location settings. The charts used to change according to the Windows settings. I've tried restarting Windows and even reinstalling Ninja. I have Windows set to Italy. How do I get the charts to match?

    So that I may further investigate please contact me by email at Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

    The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the 'trace.20141208.txt' file.
