Ninjatrader wont plot chart fully

Hi guys, just finished installing Ninjatrader for the first time and trying out the chart tool while being connected to Yahoo but the same issue happens with Google. The problem I am having is that my pennycharts wont plot out the whole timelime that I have set instead some of the older data just show up as small black lines. What is it that I am doing wrong? I have tried searching for others having similiar issues but I cant find any.

Seem to be a datafeed problem.

Your chart is Daily.
Have you tried connecting to Kinetick End of Day (free)?

Hi again, I did as you said EricB and mailed to platform support. I have been trying both Kinetick, Google and Yahoo, Kinza. The problem seems to be arising when using daily charts and it wont plot at all for times smaller than or equal to 60 minutes. For weekly charts or larger everything seems to be working fine.
