    Connection Problems With Continuum

    I've been having problems connecting to my demo connection feed. It's a Continuum feed. Every time I attempt to connect to it, I get the error: "Login failed: Invalid User Or Password"

    I've been able to use this connection before. I validated my login credentials and I'm still getting this error. Why am I getting this error and what can I do to fix it?

    Thank you for contacting us to report the issue.

    Please remove and recreate the connection:
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

    If the issue remains after removing and recreating the connection please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of the Config file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
