chart not updating?

my forex eurusd chart was not updating. my ninja version is/was 7.0.1000.26.
I downloaded ninja version 7.0.1000.26 and picked ''repair'' when prompted.
then the chart updated.

then I connected to interactive brokers and now the chart is again not updating?

please advise

joemiller, are you only connecting to IB in this setup here? Or is there another feed involved?

Which TWS version is used now with NT7 R26?

Are there any error in your Control Center > log tab?

joemiller, for setting up a remote login with us, please just email in via Help > Mail to Support. For the TWS question, the version would be paramount and would need to be the standalone 944.3 we advise using in our connection guide for IB (could not be a gateway setup).

long story but everything looks like everything is working ok for now.

by the way, i was wrong about the IB version. it was, and is, 944.3b.
