Order can't be changed

    Order can't be changed

    Hi, I have an automated strategy and let it run on its own. It is very often that when I check up on it, that the strategy is flattened and I receive the attached error message.

    Do you know the cause of this issue and how I could avoid it?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please send a note to support with your log and trace files attached so that we can investigate this further.

    Go to Help -> Mail to Platform Support -> Check mark Log and Trace files

    Put Attn Cal in the subject and then reference this thread in the body

          For some reason, I get the attached error when trying to send the log and trace files.

            Can you please try manually attaching them -
            You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

            The log file will be named "log.2015013.txt"

            You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

            The trace file will be named "trace.2015013.txt"

            Send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com

              Hello Erfan,

              Thank you for your patience.

              I am seeing quite a few disconnect messages through out your log and trace files, and there are disconnects when this message occurs.

              Please try the following steps:
              • Connect to your router via a wired connection if not already. A wireless connection would not be recommended.
              • Restart your PC
              • Unplug your modem and router's power supplies and wait 30 seconds
              • Plug your modem and router's power supplies back in to restart them
              • Start NinjaTrader and test the connection

              Please let me know if the connection continues to have issues or these messages continue to occur.
