    Yahoo download 0460.HK Split & Non-Trading Day

The attached file shows 0460.HK was downloaded from Yahoo successfully. The program runs smoothly. However I found 2 issues, one of them applies to other ".HK" stocks as well.

    1. Subject stock has 2:1 split on Jun 5, 2014. The split works fine except the 4 days prior the split as picture shown.

    2. Dec 25, Dec 26 and Jan 1 are not trading days. However, the chart includes them as trading days. This issue occurs to other ".HK" stocks as well.

What can I do to fix the above problems?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

You will need to enable the platform to adjust for the splits.

Tools -> Options -> Data tab -> Check mark Adjust for splits -> Click Ok -> Reload the chart to update the data and splits adjustment.

      Cal,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I should have mentioned in my post that I had system default to "Adjust for splits". If not, 0460.HK's trend in the attached picture would be downward instead of upward.

After reading you message, I double check the set-up, which is set to "Adjust for splits". I also reloaded "All Historical Data". And I find the problem still exists.

Attached picture shows the source of the problem comes from Yahoo's tables, is there anyway I can manually massage the table within NJ7 boundaries?

      Thanks

        Hello Mr. Lawrence,

        Thank you for your response.

If the splits are set and you are seeing this issue it is the data directly from the provider. You can try disabling Adjust for Splits and then reloading the historical data but this may not resolve the issue.

          Hi Patrick,

No, it doesn't work. However I just found Historical Data Manager's Edit function can fix this problem.

          Thanks,
