    Login error

    Hi!

    When I try to login to my continuum account i get the following message:

    Login failed. Trading account has been manually locked out.

    What can I do to solve this?

    contact your broker.

      Hello Altarok,


      Thank you for your forum post.


      You will need to contact your broker directly and let them know you are receiving this error message.

      Your broker will be able to reset the account or provide new login credentials.

        I have this same problem and tried to contact ninja brokerage but can't get any response. This morning received a reply to restart it and if i have any further problems, contact them back. Well I restarted and nothing was fixed so tried to reply back and have received no response from several emails since even indicating that somebody was attempting to try to fix the problem. Now its been 10 hours later and have serious doubts anyone will get this simple problem fixed even by tomorrow. All I want to know is if somebody is trying to get this fixed. My money is in the account, everything is already setup, been charged data fees, but cant connect to data.

          Please send a note to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com so that we may investigate this matter further.
          In your email please send your account number and log and trace files so that we may fully review the error meessage.
          You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
          • The log file will be named "log.20150312.txt"

          You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
          • The trace file will be named "trace.20150312.txt"
