Login Failed: Please check your account connection parameters and you internet connection.
I would appreciate having this explained in deep detail.
Why is it that some NINJA LIC # have a drop down to list TD Ameritrade Esignal and IB etc.
And Other LIcense #'s don't have the drop down on those brokers when you are trying to hook up with Zenfire.
In the beginging weeks ago I was able to use Zenfire with matching Ninja License, Brokers User and passwords.
If you delete Ninja from the computer which I have used it on 5 computers. Deleting from documents as well as from add and remove.
I then can only bring up TD Waterhouse IB or OPEN tICK to connect with easy connections.
License I match on all to the broker's and use their sign on and password.
Is there a Tag key that stays in the files somewhere in the registry.
Or is this and issue with reloading Zenfire feeds.
Or is this and issue internally for the Zenfire brokers to re up the connects internally at their office.
They have not been able to reply and I will not let them enter on my systems to look around. If they can't explain oh well they loose the account and Ninja gets no purchase from myself.
Regular brokers IB TD Open Yahoo seem to work fine on connection set ups.
