NT frozen - restart takes long time

    NT frozen - restart takes long time

    Hello,

    NT was frozen (circle of pointer) was running all the time and I closed with task-manager.

    Now NT takes already 15min to start and sho charts.

    Is there anything that can be reset or whatevery.

    I dont want to rebuild my workspaces I use.

    Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

    Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    Select the "Data" tab
    Press the "Repair DB" button
    Press the "OK" button

    Then review the Performance Tips section of our help guide for suggestions on how to improve performance.

      Frozen NT8

      Hello. How can I repair NT8 when none of the buttons work. After I kill the process and restart NT8, it still starts frozen. I tried everything. All day today. Nothing works.

        Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
