You could contact us via Help > Mail to Support from inside NT to send the files or just manually attach to an email to platformsupport at ninjatrader dot com.
So you're sending the order via DLL interface from TS to NT and have the NT simulation engine driven by the TS feed?BertrandNinjaTrader Customer Service
