Stop Limit Order displays in Green?

My Stop Limit Order displays in green (for both buy and sell orders) and keep rejecting as well if I try to place it a buy SLM order above the current price. Per my understanding, the SLM order should displays in "greyish blue" and Limit order should displays in "green" when the order is placed on the chart.

Can someone explain why am I seeing this issue?

SLM orders displays in green?

Hi Kyle, Thanks for the response. I am afraid to put a trade right now just to get the rejection message. However, I have attached an attachment for the other issue I have with the SLM order color. It is showing up in green instead of gyeyish blue. My SIM account shows normal colors for both SLM (in greyish blue) and limit order (in green).

I have continuum data service.

So that I may further investigate please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread, a copy of today's log file and the time of the order which was rejected.

The log file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder. I will need a copy of the 'log.20150121.txt' file.
