Failed to verify license

    Failed to verify license

    I switched PCs over the weekend and when I logged in this morning got an error message, "Failed to verify license". Is that because of the new PC? I just renewed my license lease 2 weeks ago.

    Thanks for the renewal, we appreciate your support.

    If the issue is just seen on this individual machine, I would tip on a firewall issue allowing the NinjaTrader.exe process to access the license servers, for reference of the ports needed please check into http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...02&postcount=2

      No issue with Firewall, exception for Ninja trader.com is entered.

        Could you please contact us via Help > Mail to Support from this machine so we could double-check the entered key for accuracy?
