    Instrument not supported by repository

    Hi there.

    I can't seem to import the historical data I´ve bought last summer.
    `INSTRUMENT NOT SUPPORTED BY REPOSITORY`

    What do I do wrong. I´v defined the contracts I want to import.

    Hi Rob, thanks for your post.

    Please email me a copy of your most current log and trace files to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Alex C." in the subject line, so I may investigate this matter further.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    * The log file will be named "log.20150216.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    * The trace file will be named "trace.20150216.txt"

    Please also attach a sample of the historical data you are attempting to import so that I might further test this behavior on my end.

      Hi Alex,

      Can you give me your own email adress. I don´t succeed in mailing via support.
      This summer I did succeed in importing the same data on another machine with Ninja.
      So nothing wrong with the data itself.
