    Trouble Signing Up For Kinetick

    Trying to sign up for paid subscription on their website. I get all the way to the end, but their website gives me the following with no explanation regarding what I did incorrectly.

    Anyone else experience this? Sent an email to their support group but their gone until Monday.

    Hi - I never had any problems signing up with Kinetick.

    Why not email them directly, as suggested in the error notice (though I don't know if they're there at weekends)?

      As I said in my post, I emailed them but they're gone until Monday.

        You're quite right, you did! My apologies!

        You may just have to wait until Monday as it seems unlikely this can be solved in the forum, as even the Ninja staff (who sometimes reply at weekends) won't be aware of the problem.

        But I've been wrong once and I may be wrong again!

        I know how frustrating this can be.

          Hello x703jko,

          Thank you for your note and interest in Kinetick.

          The Kinetick registration form is sensitive, so you will want to ensure that the address you are using exactly matches the address on the credit card you are using to subscribe.

          You may also want to contact your credit card issuer to make sure they are not blocking the transaction from Kinetick.
