I save the workspace repeatedly, but every time I open/start NT, the scroll bar appears

Hello,
Thank you for the question.
The scrollbar setting should be saved in the workspace, this could potentially be caused by an item that is loaded on the chart.
Can you please try the following to test this:
Click File -> New -> Chart
Select an instrument
For the chart template or the drop down box in the lower right choose <None>
Click OK.
In the chart properties set the scrollbar to false.
Save the workspace and restart the platform.
If the scrollbar is visible on this chart after doing this please let me know, otherwise if the scrollbar is still hidden after restarting it is most likely something with either one of the items on the chart controlling this or possibly the chart template is corrupt meaning the chart needs re created.
