Orders transmittion - issue

Dear all,

I have the following setup:
- Ninjatrader 7.0.1000.24
- IB Build 944.3 apr 1 2014 1:29:41PM

The data from IB to Ninjatrader is working fine.
The issue is on the order transmittion: I can't send them to IB, (strategy or manually).

Could you help me out?

Are you getting an error message?

If so, what is the error message (check the Log tab of the Control Center).

Hi,

thanks for the support. I logged in this morning and placed a direct order.
Attached is the screenshot of the log page.

The order didnt go through.
I am also wondering what are all these "Unable to restore strategy..... "

Hello Lapo,

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Orders transmittion - issue' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
