Account Performance Trades Report 0 Bars

    Account Performance Trades Report 0 Bars

    In ControlCenter>AcountPerformance>Trades
    Trades were manually made in a sim account with 5 min bars.
    Although trades span multiple bars, they are reported as 0 bars on the trades tab.
    Is there a way to correct this?

    Hello,

    Please send me your database file so I may investigate further.
    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
    Select Database file.

      CodyB reply:
      The bars in the account performance references what bar an trade occured at when using an automated strategy. If you did not support these with an automated strategy the bar will be zero.
