    No data on Dom Eurostoxx

    Hello, I have a problem in Eurostoxx. In mode sim there are not data on Dom with this future.

    Hello Jaime,

    I assume you connect to a NinjaTrader Continuum demo connection.

    Unfortunately there is an issue with Eurex instruments with CQG/Continuum demo connections - no realtime data is received. I can reproduce it on my end and I have received reports from other demo users as well. I have contacted CQG and they are looking into it. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

        I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.


        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.


        The log file will be named "log.20150309.txt"


        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.


        The trace file will be named "trace.20150309.txt"
