    Backtest problem

    I created my strategy and I tried to backtest it but it doesn't even show up in the strategy analyzer. How do I solve this?

    What instrument are you using?

    Who are you connected to? Display in the lower left hand corner of the control center

    What time interval are you using? Minute, Daily, Tick?

      SPY, but that doesn't even matter because I can't even select my strategy. I am connected to End of day Kinetick. Daily time interval.

        There should be an error listed in the Log tab of the Control Center after you attempt to select the strategy. What does this error report?

          Where do I select the strategy? It won't show up when I try to backtest.

            When you click on the strategy drop down menu, there is where the strategy should be.
            There should be an error listed in the Log tab of the Control Center after you attempt to select the strategy. What does this error report?

              That is the problem, the strategy isn't in the drop down menu.

                I am asking you to go to the Log tab after you click on the strategy drop down menu. Yes, I understand that your strategy is not listed but please follow my instructions. I need the message listed on your Log tab after you click on the strategy drop down menu (your strategy WILL NOT be listed in the drop down menu).

                  Log tab in the control panel? The only messages I get there is that I successfully connected to Kinetick.

                    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

                    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
