Connection Error and then Windows Error

Hello Friends,

I was running Ninja Trader on a AWS E2C Windows 2003 server without any issues, recently I migrated it to Windows 2008 R2 64 ... and now I'm getting the attached error. It seems to be initiated by a problem with the broker and then it leads it to a crash and NT closes. I tried with both NT x86 and 64 exe files, same problem.

We could blame the broker, but the fact is that this was not happening when I had NT running on Windows 2003.

Any suggestions? Windows or NT settings that I can try changing to avoid this?

Hello Rodrigo,

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Connection Error and then Windows Error' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

In addition, please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in the email by clicking the '...' button on the right of the Attachment field.
