Hello vit007,
Have you added the asterisk to the symbol map for this instrument as outlined in the help guide?

Sorry, Vitali:
I can only tell you what is arriving to C2.
You are sending this symbol:
CLK5K5
I just double-checked, and this is what is being sent.
The valid symbol is QCLK5
Since you are using NinjaTrader, I'm going to ask you to contact NinjaTrader for support on this particular issue. It definitely sounds like a configuration issue of some kind.
Hi Vitali,
Simply remove the asterisk. This should work.
I will close the ticket but let me know how it goes.

Hello vit007,
May I have a screenshot of the symbol mapping for this instrument?
To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.
Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Hello vit007,
The snipping tool should be included with all Windows OS's made after XP.
This can be found in All Programs -> Accessories -> Snipping Tool.
I'm not certain this can be removed, but if it was removed by the VPS, you should still be able to hit Alt+Print Screen to take a screenshot. Once taken you would need to paste this into paint.
If you are still unable, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and include a link to this forum thread. I will set up a time with you so that I may assist.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
