    Printing Blanks on Footprint Chart

My volume footprint charts prints correctly on my Market Delta platform but prints a few blank cells in my NT 7 platform. It the results are the same if I use BarChart.com or eSignal real time data (with historical). Not sure what I need to look for to correct this problem.

See my example with ticker AA.

    Hello ATL_Guy67,

Where are the blanks on your chart? Is this at the beginning of the chart? Could BarsRequired be a factor?

Did you write this volume foot print indicator yourself?

The blanks are intermittent. It is fine until 3/11. I don't what is BarsRequired? It is not a home built indicator. I am on trial with Fin-Algo.

      See my example with AA.

        Hello ATL_Guy67,

The BarsRequired would only affect the start of the chart and would not be intermittent. This is the number of bars that are required to have loaded before the script begins processing.

If you remove the indicator from the chart, are the gaps on the chart?

What session template are you using?
(Right-click chart -> Data Series... -> Session template)

What is the equidistant bar spacing set to?
(Right-click chart -> Properties... -> Equidistant bar spacing)

The indicator plots the chart. So if I delete the chart then the chart is gone. Session template = US Equities RTH. The Equidistant bar spacing = True.

            Hello ATL_Guy67,

I am wanting to know if there are gaps in the underlying 60 min data used for the chart.

If you remove the indicator, you should be left with 60 minute bars.. Are there gaps on the 60 minute bars?

If not, you may want to contact the vendor of this software for more information.

Are you talking about gap bars? Like next bar gaps down (opens below prior bar close)? Or are you talking about missing data?

                Hello ATL_Guy67,

                I'm talking about missing data.

If the data is there and other indicators are not affected, I would suggest reaching out to the vendor since we won't be able to add prints to the code to see whats going wrong.
