No CQG in the provider list ??!!

    No CQG in the provider list ??!!

    Hi i opened an AMP FUTURES + CQG data feed account.
    Then i bought Ninjatrader Multibrolker licence and when i'm setting up the account connection, i don't see any CQG in the provider list ! What the hell ?!!

    Check it by yourself :



    How do i proceed to get CQG in the provider list ? When i had demo account it was okay with CQG.

    Thanks for your post.

    You will need to write into platformsales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your license key so we can look into this for you.
    You can locate your license key under Help> License Key

        CQG has been added so i'm now able to select and connect to this provider.
        BUT there is a big issue : everything seems to be frozen. Like ninjatrader wasn't able to get datafeed !??

        I don't understand because when i use AMP Futures demo account with CQG datefeed everything is ok !

          What instrument and expiry have you selected? Note that some instruments are closed at this time.

            I have chosen the good one because it's ok whatever the used Ninjatrader licence.
            Althought, i noticed that if i use my real account login, i'm able to connect but it's frozen instead of demo account login.

            Do you have any idea ?

                i use CL 05-15 and GC 04-15. But it's ok with my demo account. So weird

                  Please contact me at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file so that I may further investigate.

                  The trace file is found in the Documents > NInjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20150326.txt'.
