Using Kinetick, Bovespa Futures not displaying correct closing price

Hello,

Mini Bovespa Futures (Symbol WIN) that expires April (J15) is returning closing price of the day in Ninjatrader using both Kinetick and IQFeed connector:

For:

March 26th (today): Kinetick/IQFeed = 50735 / Actual = 50580
March 25th: Kinetick/IQFeed = 52110 / Actual = 52020
March 24th: Kinetick/IQFeed = 51745 / Actual = 52050
March 23th: Kinetick/IQFeed = 52145 / Actual = 52255

and so on...

IQFeed Watch Quote, that comes with IQFeed Connector, correctly displays 50580 as Last Price today.

Any specific reason for that?

I tried session template as "Default 24/7" and also "Reload all historical data" in chart.

It displays correctly the price doing that.

Renko bars are also with the same problem, last price of the session is the same as the Daily chart.

I have sent a message to the Kinetick Support Team as to why the close of the tick data is appearing that way.

I do not experience the same on my end.

With the session template set to Default24/7 I receive the correct close price for each day with any interval of intra day data.

What time zone is your PC clock set to?

Timezone is UTC-3, same as BMF timezone.
