Unable to connect to PAT system suddenly.

I was testing PAT System, and I can receive tick data from broker, everything seems working except live trade, so is time to purchase a multibroker license.

Last week, I can't connect to PAT System anymore. I try to connect in File > Connect, but I can't find the connection that I created. So I try to setup again in Tools > Account Connections > Add, but there is no more PAT System in the provider dropdown list.

Is PATSystem not supported by NinjaTrader anymore? Or is it some licensing issue? I am using v7.0.1000.27.

Connect to PATSystem is my reason of purchase Ninjatrader, please help.

A connection disappearing is a fairly strange occurrence. Because of this, I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150412.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150412.txt"
