How to force the z-index of indicators and Data-Series
Is there an way to set the z-index of each indicator on a chart? I know it can be done in the code of the indicator, but I'm wondering if NT7 has a property somewhere that can be set against any indicator. Or is it maybe dependent upon the order in with the indicators are loaded into the chart?

Hello vlc,
Thank you for your post.
There is not a means to set or force a data series or indicator to a specific z-order level, aside from manually setting this on the chart by left clicking on the object and holding SHIFT on your keyboard while scrolling up or down on your scroll wheel/middle mouse button.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello TazoTodua,
Thank you for your post.
There is no means to set a specific Z-Order level in NinjaScript. You can check the Z-Order index but you cannot set it to a specific level.
Please visit the following links for more details on Z-Order in NinjaScript in NinjaTrader 8:- IsSeparateZOrder: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...ratezorder.htm
- ZOrder: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...art_zorder.htm

Please let me know if you have any questions.
