    Orders not transmitted to broker?

    when I am connected to interactive brokers, orders entered via ninja chart trader are not transmitted to interactive brokers?
    please advise

    Thank you for your post.

    Please double-check the Accounts drop down menu in the ChartTrader interface to confirm that your live account is selected here.

    If the live account is selected already, please tell me which version of NinjaTrader and which build of TWS you are using.

    To check NinjaTrader's version please click Help > About. Version is shown near the top of this menu in a 7.0.1000.X format.

    To check the build of TWS please click Help > About Trader Workstation. Build is shown near the bottom of this menu in an XXX.X format.

      THE MENU IS MUTED, NO ACCOUNT IS OR CAN BE SELECTED.

      PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE LAST FEW DAYS I HAVE INSTALLED AND THEN UNINSTALLED FXCM WHILE TESTING .NINJA'S OFFER TO TEST NINJA BROKERAGE.

      I HAVE LOGGED OFF & ON TO MY PC, RESTARTED NINJA, ETC. TO NO AVAIL.

      PLEASE REMOTELY LOGON TO MY PC IF YOU WANT TO.

        Hello,

        This indicates that Global Simulation Mode is enabled. Please open the Control Center's File menu and un-check the Global Simulation Mode option. After making this change the Accounts menu should allow you to toggle between your accounts.

          I see the Global Simulation Mode option. It looks like it is checked
          but the field is muted and cannot be changed?

              license key is simulation @SIM-F82F-D583-40B1-AE74-B79F-705D-1952

              looks like you identified the problem. I will replace the key with my real key
