    Failed to send email -- timed out

    Hello,

    I had a series of connection problems last night and unfortunately didn't find out until this morning because Ninja was unable to email me the alert messages. The repeated error was "Failed to send mail: System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The operation has timed out." My connection was still red this morning, I restarted Ninja and was able to connect fine now, but I'm still unable to send test emails, nor can I email support with my log and trace files. I am using a gmail account with port 465 and SSL checked, and the smtp.gmail.com server, and have verified my email password as well.

    Please email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your config file and a link to this forum topic so we can test this on our end.

    You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
    (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
    Once located, please attach the config.xml file to your email
